Welcome to Bobby's and Glenn's balloon car project wiki. Our car is called The Bob has a heavy base for momentum. To make The Bob go you have to have a rubber band on the balloon and pen shaft to keep the balloon on. Then you put the end of the pump into the back of the pen shaft then pump it until it is full of air then hold the balloon to keep the air from coming out. After you do that you have to put it where you want it to go and have the pen shaft facing the opposite way you want it to go then release it and it will go.
